An order number is generated and emailed to you after you place an order. Your order number can be used to track the order you placed, and in case you need to speak to a customer service representative about a specific order.

Once you place an order online, it is immediately sent to LebanonPath.com staff in for processing. Once the order is verified, we will send the order to our preferred florist agent. Our staff will ensure that your order is delivered on time, and that it reflects the dollar amount spent. Our florist agent usually receives the order no later than 5 minutes after it has been submitted on our website.

We will be more than happy to change the delivery address as long as your order has not been delivered or is not on its way to being delivered. Please include the order number and the new delivery address if you send an email.

We can easily cancel your order if it has not yet been delivered or is not on its way to being delivered. We will refund the grand total to the credit card used at the time of purchase.
